「食文化」が彩られ、編まれています。この度、ご縁をいただいた小岩井乳業様と共に、
食に関わるすべての方を巻き込んだ、
あたたかい輪をつなぐ取り組みをはじめます。

Expanding the Warm Circle of Food

 

We are delighted to announce a new journey in partnership with Koiwai Dairy.

 

Behind every “dish” lies the bounty of nature, the richness of the soil,
and the profound love poured into its creation.
But above all, there is the smile of the person waiting to enjoy it.

 

I feel once more that food never exists in isolation.
From the artisans who craft the tableware to the brewers of fine sake,
and to each of you who prepares the daily meal…
all are intertwined, weaving together a vibrant tapestry of “food culture.”

 

Together with Koiwai Dairy, with whom we have shared a wonderful connection,
we are launching an initiative to create a warm circle that embraces
everyone involved in the world of food.

 

For the abundance of food in the coming era,
we wish to cherish not only Narazuke but all the livelihoods that surround it.
Even across different fields and distant lands, we will connect with those
who share our vision—valuing, above all, the voices, encounters,
and bonds with you who enjoy our food.
