ノボテル奈良にて開催されたABF NARA主催のセミナーDYNAMIC LEARNING – BUILDING LEGACIES: LESSONS FROM CENTURIES-OLD COMPANIESに、パネリストとして登壇いたしました。

ABF（Asian Business Federation）は、
アジア全体のビジネスリーダーや専門家がネットワークを構築し、相互の学びや成長を促進する国際的なビジネス団体です。
今回のABF NARAのイベントでは、奈良の伝統的な知恵とグローバルな視点を融合させる貴重な機会が提供されました。

金融業界の世界的ベテランである中島 努氏による基調講演が行われました。
中島氏の長年の経験に基づく「国際的な視点から見た永続する組織のあり方」についてのお話は、私たち企業にとっても大変刺激的なものでした。

その後のパネルディスカッションでは、中島氏の知見を交えながら、大和農園様、ワキ製薬様、そしてファシリテーターの梅乃宿酒造様と共に、数世紀にわたり暖簾を守り続けるための哲学や、伝統を次世代へ繋ぐことについて意見を交わしました。

1869年の創業以来、大切にしてきた価値観を改めて見つめ直す機会となり
これからも奈良の文化と味を守り、発展させていけるよう邁進してまいります。

Event Report: “DYNAMIC LEARNING” Seminar by ABF NARA

On January 15th, 2026, MARIKO MORI, the 5th generation Director General of MORI NARADUKETEN CO.,LTD, participated as a panelist in the seminar “DYNAMIC LEARNING – BUILDING LEGACIES: LESSONS FROM CENTURIES-OLD COMPANIES,” held at Novotel Nara.

What is ABF?
The Asian Business Federation (ABF) is an international organization that connects business leaders and professionals across Asia to foster mutual growth and global networking.

Exploring the Essence of Longevity The event opened with a profound keynote speech by Mr. Tsutomu Nakajima (Tom), a 45-year veteran of the global financial industry.
His insights on how organizations endure through centuries of change provided a powerful framework for the subsequent discussion.

In the panel session, MARIKO MORI joined leaders,
MUTSUMI YOSHIDA from Yamato Farm Co., Ltd.,
and SHINNOSUKE WAKIMOTO from Waki Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,
with KAYO YOSHIDA from Umenoyado Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. acting as facilitator.
Together, they explored the philosophy of “Resilience” and the delicate balance between honoring tradition and embracing innovation.
